Study and Fellowship with Us in Sunday School . . .

Picture
Sunday School / Bible Study is the place for a Christian or non-Christian to learn more about God’s kingdom and to grow spiritually. No experience or special biblical knowledge is required to attend. There is no age limitation. God’s Word is for all to hear and to be transformed.  All that is required is an open mind, an open heart, and a desire to hear and experience God’s Word.  Don’t let this opportunity pass you by. Make it a point to attend this Sunday.  Four adult classes meet at 9:30AM in the Education Building.
  • Young Mother’s Sunday School Class: If you are a mother with young children and looking for a Bible study class this is the place for you.  Drop your children off at the children’s Sunday School or nursery, then take a break to fellowship and study about our Savior’s Kingdom. Sunday school starts at 9:30 AM. The class is meeting in the Little School foyer. If you have questions, call Kelly Starner Cell # 985-320-7377 or Home # 985-792-7114.
  • A class led by Dick Elliott is studying the history of Christianity beginning with the ancient civilizations of the Middle East and ending with the modern Holy Land.
  • A lively class led by Wayne Wandler has as its aim to help members grow in their spiritual walks.
  • A group of senior women meet who are journeying together on The Way.

Prayer Meeting

Picture
We meet in the Parlor from 4:00PM to 5:00PM.

If you have a prayer need let us know by calling Doug Bradford 985-796-5778 or emailing him at lowell434@yahoo.com. You don’t have to give last names or the reason for prayer, it could be unspoken. Everyone needs prayers especially the lost. We all know a person who needs God in their life. Pray for the Holy Spirit to enter their heart and change their life.
Please keep the prayer team up to date on your requests so we may be sure to ask God for the specific need and when we can praise God for prayers answered and so the person can be removed from the request.

Discipleship Meeting

Discipleship Meeting, led by Monica Bourque, is meeting in the church parlor on Wednesdays at 5:00PM following Prayer Meeting. This time is very informative and inspirational.
